The condition is excellent as its always in the dry cabinet when not in use. There is a speck of dust in the viewfinder but it does not affect the image taken in any way. I will also incl a spare batt.
I also have a Yongnuo Speedlite YN 565EX for sale. Bought Nov 2011. Hardly used as i almost shoot landscape only. $100.
