Lens comes with Hoya HMC UV protector which is always on to protect it from scratches.
lens stored in dry box when not in use and rarely detached from the body. no dust or fungus or scratches. condition 10.
EOS 550D body. no scratches. the hotshoe is mint as I don't attach anything there. the neck strap is not used. screen has screen protector. camera has been used only when travelling overseas.
