With ISO 64 to ISO 1600, this little wonderful compact AF film camera let you picture the world through its tack sharp and zesty 35mm F2.8 auto focus Carl Zeiss T* Tessar lens.
AF is fast, and some said faster than the T4 and T5. Of course every fan of compact AF cameras lusts for a T4 and T5, especially when you google for a nice or highly rated compact AF camera, the T4 or T5 will inevitably appears top of the dean's list
But not many know for a fact this T3 packs a good punch as well especially its equipped with the faster F2.8 lens as compared to F3.5 for the rest of its siblings.
The electronic shutter ranges from 1/630 to 1 second. Film advances automatically after each shot. Comes with a built in flash and tripod mount. It has a Date back as well.
Many called it Super scope or NA Scope. NA actually stands for New Angle Scope. But we would rather call it a mini Waist Level Finder. Its a very cool feature that makes the T3 and above stand out among the many compact cameras.
Is it big? If compared to the Mju II from Olympus, well... see it for yourself on the images below.
Everything is so well protected like the T and T2. Viewfinder and flash unit are protected zealously with another transparent plastic cover. Lens is also protected with a transparent plastic cover and then protected again with the sliding lens cover.
Relatively clean with no dings or dents or scratches. There is a slight crack mark (SEE PICTURE Number 5 please)on the edge of the transparent covering next to the flash. Its not on the flash immediate plastic cover but its on the another outer cover that protects the flash immediate cover. You need to hold it sideway in order to see the crack. From the front its inconspicuous.
Lens is nice with no fungus or haze. Battery compartment has no corrosion and viewfinder is clear with few specks of dust. Condition 9 and above easily if not for the small crack on the transparent covering.
Everything works as they should and $150 lets you secure this little gem. Comes with a pouch and strap. Battery is not included but will be used for testing purpose.
