Looking to let go of my RX-1. The camera has been used lightly only using for family events and such. Otherwise kept inside dry box.
So why is the price so low?
1) Well the camera has been dropped before therefore and there is a dent in the focus ring. Manual focus ring therefore no longer works.
2) Japanese version. Language cannot change to English. No worries, I'll pass you a copy of the English manual. All the menu items are in the same position so you follow along the English manual. Frankly i usually just point and shoot and only use the smart menu. Quite explanatory.
Other than that the auto focus works perfectly and optically still the crazy good Carl-Zeiss we all know.
Excluding the dent, cosmetically it's a grade 8.
Is this for you? If you intend to only use auto mode, this is a damn fine deal. The lens itself probably worth more than 1K. I'm only selling because I want to downgrade.
