Looking for a quick sale thus selling this cheaply at $190, a bargain deal for anyone itching to try out the foveon sensor!
Sigma DP1x camera, full box set, warranty expired, I'm the original owner and bought this 1+ year ago overseas.
Camera is in good condition, shot with only occasionally, stored in drycab with battery removed when not in use. Comes with Sigma HA-11 extension hood and 3 original sigma batteries.
On the Sigma DP1X, it features a proprietary Foveon X3 sensor, a large CMOS far larger than used in most compacts. Sigma's unique sensor technology claims to offer better image quality than any other brand's sensor, thanks to direct-image processing that doesn't require RGB filters to create full-colour output.
