Just bought it recently in July or August at $500. It's in very good quality, not a single scratch or anything, just decided to sell it and abandon my passion for photography because I need the money to buy food for the table.
The best feature is the dual screen for convenient cam whoring, you know... like.. you can see yourself from the front.. then take picture of yourself.. makes perfect Facebook display pictures.
This camera is as good as a DSLR!!
NO SHIT!! It's 12.4 megaforcepixels are so clear that the pores on your face will look like golf balls! I could also zoom into my cat's flees.
It has a 1.5 inch FRONT LCD screen (the back screen is three inches) with also a child mode feature. It will play an animation clip of a clown on the front LCD - so a child will focus on the clip and remain still - the camera plays a cutesy tune made up of sounds like twangs and boings.
Taking self-portraits is also easier for couples, as the camera is clever enough to take a shot when they tilt their heads towards each other. There's also a Beauty Shot feature which ensures that portraits look their best too, applying virtual make-up after the shots have been taken to even out complexions.
I find the PL150 speedy and responsive. It starts up quickly in about one second and the autofocus feels fast. For self-portraits, I am pleased at how quickly the camera snaps a photo right after detecting my smile
Thanks to the auto smile feature thingey which snaps a picture the moment it focus on a smile, I don't even need a timer! You see, instead of using the 10 second timer and quickly run to pose, all I had to do was to stand there, smile, then the moment the camera is about to snap a picture, I quickly stop smiling to get the facial expression I wanted.
