Sold as is! the LCD is working fine. main issues are the framelines in the viewfinder (or frequent lack thereof), and there appears to be some scratches in the rear element of the lens. Well, I've managed to take sharp photos with it nonetheless. Nothing beats the GR1 for portability and discreteness. Anyway, its not perfect, but works I just dont use it often enough.
