Hi,
Helping my friend sell his olympus since he upgraded and doesnt need this anymore. Its 10m waterproof, 1.5m shockproof and 100kg crushproof. Good companion for travel and adventures.
Only advice is, if you intend to go near to 10m underwater, would be safer to use an additional ziplock or something. Not that the camera will fail, but pressure might cause water to seep in to affect memory card (You dont want to lose your pictures after you've snapped them).
But otherwise, things like swimming, snorkelling, rafting even, no problems.
