Equipment Type: Compact
Equipment Brand: Fuji
Equipment Model: F31fd
Price (S$): 260
Description:
Hoping to sell my F31 to get a compact with a wider lens.

Works perfectly, but has several scratches on the edges of the casing because I seldom use a camera case. The LCD has a protector and isn't scratched. The shiny coating on the power and shutter buttons has also started to come off, showing the white plastic beneath.

Don't bother if you're looking for a mint version. Only for those who want this camera mainly for its high-ISO image quality (up to 400 and maybe 800).

Real Name: Darrell

Condition of Item (as per guidelines): 7
Warranty Status: Nil

Package/Accessories/Extras:
Comes with original box and contents, plus a case I didn't use much, and a 3rd-party batt. Both the original and 3rd-party batts still work well. I always run each batt down before recharging.

Updated: offer changed to include 2 1GB xD cards (just managed to download my photos), but exclude the 3rd-party batt (not working with charger, just checked). Will be contacting interested parties who inquired.

Photos of the camera (to show why the condition is rated as 7):

upz... still available.

Had a buyer but he returned it, saying his wife wanted a cam with better low-light night performance - less grain/noise. So I took it back, since they were not satisfied. According to him, images were noisier than a Japan-made F31 (mine is Made in China) at the same settings. Could there be a difference?

Personally I feel (besides getting a DSLR) there's not much else you can get for better low-light/high-ISO, other than a Lumix LX3 or maybe a Fuji F100. Here are some images & crops from this cam (no adjustment): see for yourself first if the image quality meets your expectations, if interested to buy...

All pics: ISO 800, handheld, indoor lighting (energy-saving bulb)

More photos, also at ISO 800 (I wouldn't use 1600 unless desperate):

Serious buyers do contact me soon... Looking at those pics I'm starting to consider keeping the cam instead!

Will keep camera for now. Thread closed.
