This is a padded belt for use with ThinkTank's modular or skin pouch system.
I personally find it too thick and although its probably more comfortable than the skin belt is more of a hassle.
If anyone would like to trade in their skin belt i'd be more than happy to. if not this would be useful to mount your other brand lens pouches as well.
