Hi everyone,
I got this as a gift when I was in the US, but hardly used it. I rated it conservatively as a 9 to avoid over-promising. My bag is Olive in colour as shown below:

It's a large bag that has a padded laptop compartment for laptops up to 17 inches, with space for camera and lenses. Perfect for the working professional who wants to bring his camera everywhere. There are also a gazillion small pockets to keep pens, CF cards, batteries, etc.
Please note that it does not come with any inserts. I used it with a domke long insert, or with thinktank pouches.
It's about the size of a crumpler 7 million dollar home, but with an integrated laptop compartment, and padded shoulder strap. It also has a quick-access zip on top which provides quick access to your camera gear.
