Bought in late July this year at Cathay Photo, Marina Square.
Only used it for a 2 week trip to Perth, Australia. As good as new. Bag was mostly left in the hotel room while I did my touring, and it hardly saw any 'outside action' and zero 'rough action' eg. trekking in jungles or rough terrain. Rain cover is unopened.
Bag comfortably holds my DSLR, 2 prime lenses, 1 zoom lens, and flash unit with some space to spare. Straps to hold tripod, rain cover included. Also holds laptops up to 13 inch in size.
