here is the formula,

150mm lens on full bellow extension is 1:1 macro
50mm lens on full bellow extension is 3:1 macro
24mm lens on full bellow extension is 6:1 macro

if you use a macro lens, you will get additional macro ratio, like 50mm macro on full extension is 5:1 macro

the shorter the focal length, the bigger macro you get,

it comes with flash mount as well and handgrip as in my photo.
