Basically it has the same functions as Canon's much more expensive ST-E3-RT unit but with the added benefit of an AF assist light. Full compatible with the 600-EX-RT series.
Bought from Red Dot Photo in Dec 2014 for $160, selling it for $80. I don't have the receipt anymore. Please bring down your own batteries/600-ex-rt flash unit to test it with.
