This is a combo of monopod with basic stabiliser function for medium sized video cameras like Sony Z1, Canon A1, Panasonic DVX102/200 etc. Good for weddings and run n gun videos. Very stable when shooting on monopod durting speechs, solemnization etc. Able to capture short fluid movements when the couple is walking for smooth fluid looks to enhance your videos. Take note, this is handheld stabiliser so you can squeeze into HDBs easily.
If you are totally new to stabiliser concept, do consider this b4 spending a lot of money and regretting!
