Latest update, current buyer back out due to unforseen circumstances.
But good news is, the buyer has checked with Shriro (local Pentax agent), that it will costs $120 to repair it, but will need to send back to Japan Pentax.
And I'm still keeping the price at $550.
Can meet to deal later today (Saturday) around town area for fast deal.
