Would it be considered as fogging?

I just bought a used lens recently, my friend helped me to test and collect the lens from seller. I did some tests after that, the pic looks fine to me but somehow I found it a bit "misty". Would it be considered as fogging? The lens coating looks good to me though...can I send it for cleaning?

The pics look good. I believe you shoot wide open and focus point is at Canon word. Can you see physically the lens has any fogging when you view through with both caps taken out (point to light source)?
