Wrong. I have seen plenty of scammers with positive feedback, some with hundreds and even thousands. Some legit (multiple small item sales). Others steal people's account histories and impersonate them.

It's a rife problem.

I've just seen the link and realise it's not the original poster's link. Same thing though at the end of the day.
