wired remote for zoom/record/iris/focus for cameras

hi guys. heard of such a device for panasonic cameras?
my church uses varizoom ones, but i checked, the cheapest only zoom/record controller is about $400 sing. any ideas where to get cheap china made ones?

manfrotto have some model, but limited function.
You pay 4 what u get....Varizoom is the best I used.

guess what. i found some instructions to make a DIY one online.
and i started making one. managed to make one which works well for zoom/ss fuctions. now embarking on a version 2 with knobs for iris and focus. hehehe
