Been trying out WMM.
It is simple and good, for a free software from MS.

Been trying out Magix Movie Edit 14 too.
My question is, do real people need 99 tracks?
Normal people just want to cut and trim their hobby videos.
Have they not got better things to do with their life, than overdoing video edit for hours, days and weeks.

dear all

i had a movie clip from LX3 in mov file format
actually i had like 4 video files that i would like to edit cut merge into 1 file.

now i cant use windows video maker coz it said mov file format is not accept.
any other sw that i can use?
not too compilcation as this is my first time trying out.

You can download a freeware call format factory that can change mov to avi format.
Then you use Windows movie maker to join the 4 video together.
I have done it before.

get the program any video convertor. it converts almost any video file, including mkv and other "exotic" formats:thumbsup:

windows movie maker cannot read all codecs but it is great at compressing video, i love the way it compresses a 500mb HD clip frm my 550D into a 10mb HD clip
