I doubt you can do that in SG. I believe they have been banned, just like pigs blood. As for the taste, nothing much as when I had it, it was with kuay chap. I believe that HK still have it.

Huh, I remembered when I was young and living in Singapore couple years back, there's this hawker centre in Pasir Panjang (near my JC, SAJC), that sold pig organs such as its blood, lung, heart, kidneys, nose, ears, brain and guess what, even its "manhood"!!
