Which will you get? IMac or MacBook Pro

Hi,

Im not too sure which i should get if i want to try my hands on pic editing as well as video.
Should i get a IMac or MacBook Pro? if the choice below are present which one will you get?

Both are within the range of sub 2k.

The imac is always better for photo editing nd its faster and screen is bigger. A macbook pro 15" has more than enough power to do much editing too and you can shoot tethered with it. So see which ud use more

It does not matter if you are processing video or photos. iMac has a wonderful screen as well as a great performance. In fact, the only thing good about Macbook Pro is the mobility.

By the way, I am on the iMac and love it.
