Which bracket to mount Sound & Light on DSLR?

I am looking for a Sound+Light bracket to mount on my DSLR.
Any good one to recommend and where to get?

I m actually looking at Cool-lux MD3000.
Any better suggestion to get it at local stores? (under S$50)?
