Which 35mm to keep?

I purchased my M9 with a 35mm Lux FLE Feb'12 from Leica Store Raffles hotel w/o wait.

In last Feb M launch, I was required to purchase the new M with a lens, therefore I selected the 35mm Cron.

Now if I were to only keep one 35mm Leica lens, which should I keep?

Some critics say the 35mm Cron ASPH is sharper than the 35mm Lux FLE.

Thoughts?

I have both. I would keep the FLE.

Cron is definitely sharper if both compared at f/2. FLE have a one stop advantage. Bokeh is subjective. I prefer cron Bokeh.

I would say sell the cron. The FLE is a lot more versatile.

And in case, talking about sharpness is really splitting hairs.

Keep FLE if you take close range shots more often and need the 1 stop leeway.

how's your picture taking abilities on these lenses ?

I use the 35mm as general usage lens for travel, reportage to street photography application. It replaces my 50mm standard lens application. For wide application, my preference is 21mm as it gives me that dramatic perspective view when I go down low and near.
Therefore my ability to use the 35mm is not for wide lens application.
