where to get foam windshield for Seinheisser G3 Lavalier mic?

Misplaced the foam of my Seinheisser G3 Lavalier mic. Not sure if there was one in the first place too. :smilie:

Does anyone know where i can get one?

I tried searching E-Bay but could not find any.

Hung Brothers or Wei Lian should carry it. Hung Brothers also carry Bubblebee wind furries for lavs if you are shooting outdoors. These ugly things are a must for windy outdoors.

I've been using mine bare, so far have always used it under clothing, so it's screened by default. Heheh.

Thought of getting a furry from Micover when the need arises, so far no need yet.

Hey JP, hope you got your solution if not my cheaper alternative solution compared to buying the original (always out of stock and pricey) was to get the mini fur for rode lavalier and modify it for my G3 set.

Took less than a minute and it costs me $23 for a pack of 3x furs with the help of the sales guy who is free to modify it, PM me if you wan to know the store.

I replaced the windshield of a shotgun mic with a third party and it is way better. Original windshields are often cheap and poorly made.
