Where to get Cheapest Fish-Eye lens?

As above.. I got this fella quoting me $60 for the lens and the thread convertor.. I didn't ask a lot.. So is this price good? Oh, there is a 0.45x zoom i think.. So is it reasonable for a fish eye lens?? Or can i get something else cheaper somewhere else?? Oh, i do not remember the brand.. Please advise!!

cheap doesnt mean good.

cheap fish eye lenses give u the fisheye effect,
but don't expect the outer circumference of the picture to be sharp...

expect it to be VERY BLUR!!

a totally sharp fish eye lens is expensive...

so if u dun mind blur circumference, go for it
