Where to find o-ring for WP-DC38 for the Canon S95?

I got the Canon WP-DC38 underwater casing for the S95 that I am intending to rent to out. I am looking for a spare o-ring for the casing just in case. Canon Singapore need to order from Japan as they have no stock.

Does anyone know if

1) Canon uses a standard o-ring for a range of casing that I can use one from an older model which has stock in Singapore? IF so what model is that and which shop has it?

2) Are there generic o-rings that we can use if the size fits? Which shop sells o-ring?

I was adviced to bring the old 'O' Ring to them.... and the expert there will know the size and what type of 'O' Ring it is. But do remember.... buying from Garlin meant you are doing it at your own risk....

Btw... I've never been to... or got any 'O' Rings from them before...

Been used on my casing for Canon Ixus 400, Ixus 860 ans S95, no problem at all.
But u must bring down the original o-ring to measure.
For S95 the diameter size are slightly small. but never cause problem to me.

Hey there, i bought one oring for my Ikelite S95 casing from hypax as well. Great recommendation. One observation. The one they supplied me seems harder and it was harder to press and close the case with it. Did you have similar issues with it? Would it affect the long term usage in any way?

That is due to the hardness or shore level. The spare o-ring you bought should be shore 90. Stock o-ring might be shore 70.

I wrote to Canon customer support and here's their reply..

"With regard to your inquiry on the O ring, I do not have
stock at present. The price for this part is $20.33 inclusive of GST.

Ordering lead time is about 2 to 3 weeks.
