Where to develop good quality 4R photos

I have about 100 digital photos and want to print them out.

Just wondering where can develop good quality 4R photos? Any shop to recommend? Better in central and east.

there is a small fuji shop near to potong pasir MRT station. The boss is a uncle and super friendly, his glass display show all his antique leica lens and body. And he is using D700 to take passport photos for customer. Realli recommended.
