Where to buy DM-50 mic?

Hi all,

Am using the Canon HV30 HDV cam and would like to improve the sound pickup + lessen the pickup of the tape motor noise.

Am looking at Canon's DM-50 mic, but can't find it in any of the stores in Singapore.

Can someone advise where I can get this mic? Or is there another good quality (but not too ex) mic that I can consider?

can order from Canon SG direct but i rather you get an adapter which will allow you to use any commercial microphones in the market. Check pricing first.

BTW, the HV30 does have a stereo plug to take in 3rd-party stereo mics. Any to recommend?

sennheiser mke400 or rode video mic. Should be in 300-400 sgd odd range i suppose.
