Where to buy Bessa R3A in Singapore

I went to Lucky Chinatown but was unlucky to find the 2nd floor shop does not carry Bessa R3A. Other than buying from Joseph in HK, is there any other shop selling brand new R3A?

What is roughly the price of a 2nd hand set, considering a new one costs HK$3,980 or S$1050, depending where you get it from.
