Where to buy a boompole for Rode VideoMic Pro?

I've been searching in vain the entire week to find a boompole with a supporting stand to mount my Rode VideoMic Pro. Well, I am a one-man production team.

Does anybody here know where I can find boompoles in Singapore? How much does it cost?

Also, where can I find a LCD viewfinder hood for my Canon 60D? Any brand to recommend? I heard it costs $95?

u can check with sgcamerastore at the Peninsula shopping branch 2 level , they have a heavy standing boom arm for mic that was due this week not sure which day - abt $180 plus i think we i went there last week to ask for some video stuff . as for the video finder u can get from them at $75 which i bought from them

Last IT show, the V-finder costs only 50 something dollars for the 60d... They might have the promotion still, not sure

seriously, get the zacuto z finder pro.

all these cheap view finders are a pain ( lousy mount, always drop), after i switch to the z finder nvr look back :thumbsup:

There are DIY permanent solutions for the viewfinder loupe. One of which is to glue a cheap vfinder to a glass screen protector which i believe is the GSS III version because in that version the screen protector and the eye piece is one outfit, so you can change your eyepiece to the vfinder eyepiece only when you need it.
