Where is a good place for developing black and white prints

i have a row of black and white film.
anyone has any good recommendation as to where to develop it?

appreciate if can provide the following information - name, address, handling charge and cost for a 4R print.

i know that konota charges $5 for handling and 50 cents for a 4R print. for colour prints, it is thumbs up for them, but i am not sure of their quality for black and white.
