Where have darkroom to rent

Guys I want to rent a darkroom, what kind of equipment they have is not important as I have my own darkroom stuff. But the place prefer to be air-con and big enough to work comformable. Please state the address and charges for usage. Not those I need membership like SAFRA. Thanks
