I been to Tokyo many many times so this time 2nd time to Osaka but during those time i was not into serious photography yet.

Trying my luck to look for a 50mm Summilux (11 891).

Any bros here have some advise or tips. Only there for 2 nights so time is short and with family.

Thank you

You have great google skills.

Hope i can get my hands on a new 50mm LUX

I went to Yodobashi nearly every day (~18 days) but didn't see their second hand section. :(
I saw there was a lot of Leica at camera-no-ohbayashi and also some at camera naniwa (their main branch where you need to go downstairs).
I went to Sanwa and didn't see anything that attracted me, it was a small shop.
I just went to look around, wasn't after any lens in particular (and nothing priced good enough to tempt me)

Go to Nippon-bashi and take exit 10. When you come out turn left. Use the pedestrian crossing and you will see a shop on your left (cannot remember the name of the shop). He deals with many used stuff from Hasselblad to Leica. The young saleman speaks english as well. If you continue to walk down the street, you will reach 'Den Den town' which is an electrical town. There you will find cameras as well- but mostly new. Have fun........

Thanks.
Is Nippon bashi a Train Station and which line is this train station.
I be staying at Hilton for this trip.

My son just came back from Osaka and was at a shop called Yodobashi, it's just next to the Umeda station. It's an electronics shop, five floors of toys for daddies, and one floor dedicated to photography.....enjoy!

Tokiwa Camera - Nipponbashi Station. About 50m away, near the UCC cafe at a junction.
Yaotomi - B1 JR Osaka station, central stairway.

These are the 2 shops that I visit the most.

Yup Nipponbashi is a subway station. Think its the JR line. Not sure though. Ask around, its quite straight forward.
