Where can i get accessories for the XL2??

Hello,
I'd like to know where i can get the following accessories for the Canon XL2 Cam. I tried Sim Lim, but no one seemed to have it. Here what i want..

1. Tele-converter- Extender type (1.6X or 2X). Ref No.cat # 3163A002 for the 1.6X.
2. Wide converter extender type. (0.3X or 0.6X).
3. Rain Cover. I got a make Kata CRC-11

Any help would be appreciated...
