Where can I get a GR21 ?

Any one can help I tried searching ebay but found nothing.

Also how much are they roughly if in minty condition.

Pretty expensive on ebay. New ones went for about USD1000 onwards while 2nd hand ones went for USD800 onwards. You won't find any here in Singapore.

Erm... When I got my GR1V the GR21 was available too. Got mine from Max Photo CentrePoint. But that was 3.5 years ago; you can still try though.

oh my god.... that much ? I might as well top up some $ to get a 40mm hassey lens !

guess I'll be sticking with my mju1 n 2 just thought the 21mm P n S would be fun to have (not for $800USD !)

i've seen them in sg, at about 1.5k each. But the lens is superb. I left mine in a taxi one day, no one picked it up and i got it back from comfort hq the next day. Taxi driver returned it. I guess he figured it was a cheapo film camera.

Just look at how ridiculous prices for the GR21 have become. If I am not wrong, it is much much higher than the original retail price when the camera was first introduced!

And prices for the GR1v has become ridiculous as well.

Yeah, but not ridiculous for the seller
I didn't use mine and left it in the drycab for three months, and the electronics got dead! Had to pay SGD 150 for repair....so much for electronics! Keep using this camera once a week or so, or else there is a chance the electro stops working....

any idea how much a 2nd hand T4 goes for ? seen ppl selling from $180-250 can they still be bought new and how are they compared to the zoom version optics better ?

You can also buy a Ricoh R1, lens may not be as good as the GR1.....the T4 new, check the older shops in Chinatown, some may still have the, TCW had a few last year (or was it the year before?).....I gave a T4 to my 84 year old aunt, who is now too old to use it though.....if you see her pics! Wow!

think i saw a new GR21 in a photo shop in Suntec
the shop same level as Borders.. on the way over to Carrefour
dun know name of shop ...

Ask the price once at MS-color quoted for $1400. Too expensive from a P&S.

For $600 can get a 20mm F3.5 Nikon Lens. Grab a cheapo Nikon body & definately better control then GR21.

On the other hand, small package comes at a price. :bsmilie:
