Looks like those battery you use for car remote. Try car parts shop or locksmith that duplicates remotes. I should have few lying around the house. COst is less that 5 dollars each.

Its the same as the car alarm;door remote's battery, 12Volts. You can get it any Japan Home
shop for $1.

this is very common battery, any places also have. two dollar stores, ntuc fairprice, diy homefix, harvey norman........

Yes, it is available in most of the shops.

Just tell the shop keeper that you want a 23A 12V batt, cost around $2.
