They are too busy... too many walk in customers, etc... just bear with it as many pros run there as well with really huge orders. There are exceptions as well. FYI, they also have very high turnovers. I understand how you feel and often go there in person, but the guys there are really nice old timers in the industry.
Seen this happen at Cathay, Fotoguide (when it was around), Colourlab, etc. There are so many customers and so many calls at times it's impossible to answer the phone.
Put it this way, you cannot blame them. Once, when I send in my photos to be printed, there is a (I shall assume he is) professional photographer infront wanting to print quite a few photographs, with so many instructions (don't know if it is instuctions for every photograph or not), by the time I finished my lunch and come back, he is still there telling the poor woman +1 for red, -1 for blue etc etc ..... :bsmilie:
If you are really hard up, try the AFGA printing centre just beside it lor ..... never see any crowd there one >
