What's the difference between the differnce types of B+W filters?

Hi all, I'm plannning to get a UV filter (72mm) for my videocam and I was looking at the B+W filters that so many of you here swear by.
I notice that for the same size (72mm), there's a lot of different type of B+W UV filters with varying prices.

eg as indicated in this thread

B+W UV-Haze 010 MRC F-PRO(BRASS)

B+W MRC CPL (Standard thickness with front screw thread)

B+W Kaesemann MRC CPL


May I know what is the difference? Optically are they the same?

Only the first one is a UV filter. The other two are circular polarizers (CPL)
