It actually makes you think properly when you only have 10 shots per roll. it makes you focus and meter properly.back to basics again.

Well Andy, maybe you can tell that to the digital guys.

Well, I want to learn all the metering and compensation on digital first...... so it ain't so painful on the pocket. When I have mastered the basics, I will still shoot in film..... the digital camera just provides a way to try shots at no cost....... helps when u are shooting film cos u have experimented before and know the limits of your cam or the limits of what u are trying to do...... that's why I'm still waiting for a Minolta DSLR......... the system will probably be very similar to the Dynax 7..... so there will be some correlation between the DSLR and the 7.

Ha Ha, to each his own. like i say it before, i only use digital when i do work for clients, my own work which i sell to mags is all shot in films.B/W especially.

I usually don't ask anyone to change this or that.it's the photographer's choice. i only suggest.some of my friends like to influence others to buy this and that. i think it's :nono: .if you are using digicam & you make a hell out of a good DI picture, i respect you. same when i shoot nice pics and someone wanna own it, i don't mind printing it for them.at least there is someone who admire you works.
