What to use to convert Hi-8.

Recently bought a Hi-8 Videocam and wanted to convert my tapes to DVDs. Searching the web for a good device and found Creative Audigy 2 ZS. But can't seem to see the price on this item.

Is it discontinued can I still buy it or there are better products out there? recommendation appreciated, thanks in advance.

Looking for one that supports Vista as well, Creative Audgiy 2 ZS only supports XP.
