You can find products from Muvee. They are known as the "auto-producers". Basically, put ur images and songs, BOOM! you'll get a photo montage. And there's an exact program online wch is "animoto". Like wat alternus have given you earlier. These "Auto-producers" are more for personal use.

You can also get plug ins for you editing software to do all this effects. This type of manual job will take more time to produce a gd montage.

what about PhotoStory? Is that recommended? There's no video though. I'm looking for one like Photostory too (simple) but can add videos, anyone?

Products from Muvee can do videos too. Basically put all your vids (plus images if you want) and BOOM! again, they will auto edit and sync for you. But some minor arrangement of vids and pics and some manual cuts have to be done if you want to really get the desired output, which may look professional if you know how to arrange and cut ur vids into parts.

However, at times, they do not zoom to your pics properly (etc. they zoom to the shoulder instead of the face. Thus, there are settings inside so that you can do some manual adjustment to your vids and pics.

this sounds like a good alternative to produce music videos fast... do you have any idea if it will accept standard definition? seem like no such info on their website. any input is much appreciated.
