What is the small red circle next to our nickname?

Would like to ask whats the small red circle next to our nickname/handle/userid when we post? What other colours are there and what do they mean?

I apologise if this is answered somewhere, I tried searching but no luck.

Have your try "mouse over" the red circle to see the answer for yourself?

anyway, red means you are online but invisible to other members, green means you are online and everyone knows it.

Ha! I tried mousing it last night and nothing appeared hence the qn this morning. but i did do it at wee hours, guess wasn't targeting well. Thank you
