Wedding Photography Course - Stanley Lim Colour Centre

Stanley and Joanne from Stanley Lim Colour Centre are interested in holding a wedding photography course.

Course will be conducted by professional photographer Stanley Lim. Course will be held over roughly eight sessions. Topics covered range across correct exposure for both indoor and outdoor photography, flash techniques, perspectives and compositions, studio. Hard topics include customer relation, negotiation and the like.

After you "graduate", Stanley will even act as "backup" in your first wedding shoot, to guide you through the shoot.

Course fees are estimated at $300. Nothing has been finalised or cast in stone as yet. I believe the content is flexible depending on the needs and requirements of the course participants.

As of now, we have about 3 people who are interested. The course will begin when we've about six.

Thanks everyone who has expressed interest in the course.

I was thinking that it would be a good idea for us to make a trip down to Stanley's studio to gather more information regarding the course curriculum. We can tell him more about our expectations and see whether we'll be able to design the course to be more catered to our needs.

Stanley Lim Colour Centre is located at Midlink Plaza, Level 2, near NAFA. Nearest MRT is Bugis or City Hall.

For all who are interested, please state a day in which you are available to go down to Stanley's. May i suggest this coming Wed, 11 June at 18:30? I'll check whether he's able to make it at that time.

Interesting course. As I am not too familiar with the photographer, does he has a portfolio online? A little background on the photographer,maybe?

Hello, Juz found this thread, here to lend my support to Stanley Lim Colour centre.. I myself have been learning from stanley for a long long time liao... anyone who is not sure of him or not heard about him can go to his shop at mid link plaza to look at his photos and chat with him...the shop very open concept one....

hi danny...

sorry for the late reply. stanley doesn't have a online portfolio as of now. in the works i believe. as mentioned in the previous threads, you would be able to see his works at his shop... just drop in for a chat and enquire about the course.

anyway, just an update. there are about 8 people who are interested and have signed up for the course. i think they're going to work with that size. not too big or else difficult to manage. for those who are interested, this current course will run for 8 weeks. i'll keep you guys updated.
