Previously when I log in to my gallery I can automatically use WebShell3. However, today when I log in, I was asked for WebShell3 Login name and Password, do I need to apply for the WebShell3 Login name and Password?

WebShell 3 has been upgraded to WebShell 4. I'm now investigating the issue, appreciate everyone's patience while I sort it out.
