Synopsis:
With a microphone and DV Cam in hand, crew from Xdeal Pte Ltd, will tackle the Singapore Streets and go in search of Singapore’s RAW Talent. We are casting our nets wide and going in search of individuals, who can sing, dance, juggle, tell jokes and entertain. Mind you, our definition of talent is very broad so we are keeping an ever-vigilant eye for the conventional as well as the unconventional.
We will let the public be the judge of their performance by putting up these clips on the World Wide Web. A competition will be organized after we have gathered a sizable number of entries and attractive prizes stand to be won. On top of that, the winner will be crowned Miss/Mister Street Talent and will be able to develop their talents in their respective field of interest or even host a web programme depending on the direction set by our sponsors.
We are currently targeting both male and female youth aged 18-25. The treatment of the video will be gritty and MTV styled, drawing its inspiration from Barrio 19, a popular programme on youth sub-cultures broadcast on global MTV channels.
