Hi, am enquiring for a friend who is a teacher in a govt. school. She has 4 VHS that she intends to convert to DVD.
Total playing time is 2-3 hrs. Can all be converted into 1 DVD or into 4 separate DVD doesn't matter.
But being for schools , it needs to be a commercial company that has giro payment arrangments with MOE.
Anyone out there can help?

BTW, no editing etc...just convert and burn: 4 VHS into DVDs.
