hi all,

i have a video of a car front light on. so i am not able to see the car no. i wonder is there any software that will allow me to process the video so i can see the car no clearly. or can recommend any shop that provide the service?

Try playing with the contrast, levels, curves, etc. If you can do it for a photo in PS, you can do it for video in an editing software like Premiere or Final Cut. Even iMovie should be able to exposure adjustment? But if the pixel data is not there in the 1st place, no software can help.

erm... isolate the area, pump up the exposure and twiddle with the contrast..

though if the selected area is already overexposed. there's nth that you can do.;p
