I have been waiting for a positive reply from Singpost of my parcel. Till now, they have not located my overseas parcel in their local facility! Very disappointed with them

They also lost my item n they claimed they can't find it anymore (for which I originally received an eye-liner n makeup, wth). I returned the stranger lady's item altho my item was never found. I did get a refund abt a week or 2 later tho... Ever since, I don't buy thru them anymore!
