Am looking for part time course in videography for personal interest.

Best can start from intro -> camera angle -> editing.

is there such package in Singapore?

There are video courses available by some camera brands.

Youtube first...get an idea of what courses should be like. More often than not, youtube can be more extensive than paid courses conducted locally.
